We offer delivery service Australia wide for all products purchased from this website. All orders over $200 are shipped FREE. Orders under $200 attract a nominal delivery and handling fee. Most goods are delivered via Registered Post. Larger items are delivered via TNT Express Courier Service. All goods are delivered with full insurance included. Shipping normally occurs within 24 hours of payment and you should receive your product (depending on location) within the normal time-frame stipulated by Australia Post or TNT.

Returns

All of our products are covered by a warranty. If a fault appears in any product please contact us for warranty details.

If you are not satisfied that the product that you have purchased from this website will perform as stated then please contact us to organise a Return Authority within 7 days of purchase. We will process refunds of product received in original condition with original packaging and a Return Authority. Any goods to be considered for refund must be received by us within 14 days of purchase. All return shipping is our customers' responsibility. We recommend that any returns within Australia are sent via Australia Post's Registered Post service. Any refund required will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item adhering to our Return Policy and are applied less any shipping charges.
